Service Sales Manager – Rocky Mountain Equipment

LOCATION: 216 Main St., Oyen, AB

REPORTING TO: Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager


Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:


  • Direct, coach, mentor and delegate effectively to the service staff
  • Oversee all planning, administration and general management issues, including the day-to-day supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized by team leaders and direct reports
  • Maintain high level of integrity as signing authority for items such as internal work orders
  • Ensure bottom line profitability for Services
  • Ability to be decisive with departmental personnel turnover, which includes anticipatory needs
  • Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment is maintained at the highest level
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture


Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:


  • Solid knowledge of technical aspects of agriculture and materials handling
  • Strong computer and typing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
  • Strong understanding of labor and bill out rates from service department, as well as piece ranking reports, asset turnover and inventory control
  • Leadership and time management skills
  • Licensed HD Mechanic preferred
